ICAR Foundation runs from April 10, 2023 to April 9,
2024, in partnership with Rehabilitation Centre for Torture Victims “Memoria” (RCTV Memoria), the project RAZOM (TOGETHER) – Network of physical and mental health services adapted to
the needs of Ukrainean refugees wich has as objectives:
- adaptation and improvement of emotional and relational health services offered to people forcibly displaced from Ukraine (mothers and children) under the assistance of DGASPCs in Bucharest;

In order to achieve the project's objectives, we carry out the following activities:
Psycho-social activities
Improving and adapting the services offered to mothers and children hosted by the DGASPC in Bucharest by implementing a psycho-social activities program.
Mediators network
Creation and training of a network of intercultural health mediators.
Map of medical services
Mapping the medical services available in Bucharest for refugees from Ukraine and developing a web map of the services.
We aim to achieve the following results:

mothers and children staying in the DGASPC centers in Bucharest participating in psycho-social activities

best practice guide dedicated to health and social work specialists

intercultural mediators who speak Ukrainian/Russian selected and trained

people forcibly displaced from Ukraine will access at least one health service
